No, it is not "spineless" as you say. Quite to the contrary. Why would I lay myself open to the inevitable attacks and abuse I have the past year if this were not very important?

"Deep pockets"...Yes, and how do you think these companies earned their revenues? A vast majority of their industry is based on massive fraud.

You judge me very harshly. You know very little about my career, or what I have done, as I do not recall ever trading at a site where you were present. However, if I did, then please let me know - the Internet has a way of keeping individuals very anonymous, doesn't it?

I would like to add, for those of you who wonder why I am willing to speak out here, with Counsel now involved. I shall as always heed legal advice but I do find it important that at this stage the Membership of Silicon Investor is made aware of this case. These are not random etchings on a message board. However, it is sad to say, but I suspect that many of the most striking plaintiffs in this case are no longer here. Their lives have already suffered enough, and they may not have the means or the stamina to speak out any longer. Yes, that I find most troubling of all - the silent ones who we might never know, or help. They are deserving and I hope we find them.

O.A.
