Another Fed day passes....EVERYONE just KNEW that if they only cut 25bps the market was FINISHED yes DOOMED and headed for 1850 NO DOUBT..... Once could do very well trading against the collective conventional wisdom on SI. Any position advocated by several hundred posts is bound to be dead wrong. Yet we still have people furiously spinning today's outcome to explain why the markets HAVE to go down soon. Maybe because they have been forecasting DEATH AND DESTRUCTION since the market bounced in April and went back into a sideways channel. Such a gulf between what people WANT to happen and what we actually see on the tape... Final note tonight is AREM, where we see what happens when you jam a small cap full of 12 million shorts, don't prove any real fraud then light a match underneath. Still waiting for someone, anyone, somewhere, anywhere, to prove that a single penny AREM reported as revenue was not correct. Oops, they are too busy trying to cover shorts and find a new hook to hang AREM with. Kako je, tako je.....
