i think the market action says it all...the stock market is still trading way below the levels it inhabited at the time of the first rate cut (after half a year!). this hasn't happened since 1930...at the same time, the CRB index has now clearly resumed its collapse, so the evidence that the deflationary K-winter is indeed underway has become overwhelming. if so, the monetary and other bureaucrats will be completely powerless to stop it. the private sector debt mountain is going to implode imo, and i think in a years time even the pessimists will be astonished at the extent of the economic collapse.

the absolute last nail in the bull market's coffin is the fact that Prechter has finally, after 14 years, turned bullish. it's the ultimate irony...
