leeza, as you seem to have been in contact with Counsel, then I find the following question of great importance. Please answer it now: have you posted under multiple aliases at Silicon Investor?

I would wish to state to all here now that anyone who has posted under multiple aliases at SI will certainly be excluded from any legal action going forward. If you have done so, posting under multiple identities here, then I would rather you were not a fellow plaintiff. leeza, if this is true, then I would request that you inform Counsel of this fact IMMEDIATELY. There is no place here for deception.
