I guess you meant patent it in US?? And lots of other places worldwide, too. I suppose you refer to CDMA. As long as the US cavalry rides?? No longer rides. 1st AirCav drops in on unsuspecting bad guys from the sky as does Delta Force. SEALS will swim up to you at nighttime while Echelon listens with all ears. God knows how many other satellites and other electronic devices are at work. Ever hear of Project Condor? Without "cavalry", and its influence, Nokia would be putting swastikas or red stars on its phones while your children goose-stepped. What's the complaint? What is your opinion about US isolationism?? You need to be more precise. Isolationism was a factor many years ago. If you mean now, I don't think it exists. Naturally, I suspect you have your own ideas as to what isolationism means.
