Ilmarinen,

If I remember correctly, Ollila said:
"Millions of GPRS phones, and then we do not
mean 0.9 millions, but more than 2 millions"

Linguistically there is this finnish way of
expressing the number between 1.0+epsilon up
to at least 2.0-epsilon millions, very precisely.

Not just one or many, clearly excluding this
roundoff problem of 0.5 million and 1.5 million.

You have it PRECISELY correct.

... Q3 means September 30, which is the same way Q counts time, but not the way Herschel (on behalf of Q and CDG) counts time.

... Q3 means September 30 as in 1xRTT was "commercially available" Q3 like in maybe 6 SK SKY IM-2300's with an MSM5000 chipset were "commercially available" Q3.

... and hopefully 2.0-epsilon millions before Xmas not after, and a third model, not just 2.
