Heinz, thanks for your answer, I'll look into it in my non-accountant, non-lawyer way. I like the real simple explanations and sometimes act the simpleton..some of my performances may be convincing <ggg> It's very much my experience thinking they assume that the recent past is the perfect template for the future is a common fault in business, causes endless hassle.
