OK. I am going to talk to Tim Luke now and Counsel also. To post Counsel's name here on the Net, we will need to run that by them first. There are reasons why I have not, and asked others not to do so. You all might imagine that if we do they will be bombarded with telephone calls. Please bear with me on this.

I would also ask all of you who are potential plaintiffs that, if you are contacted by any members of either the local or national press, I would advise you to speak with Counsel first before you do. This is a very important point.
