What a find, Tuck! A new low, and possibly an All Time Worst! UBUY had less than $3,000 on hand at 1/31/01. A director sold a half million shares at 3 cents. And now they're acquiring a company for 60,000,000 shares. They just fired KPMG as auditors. KPMG had issued a going concern letter in each of the last two years. They have a website, which describes their plans, but no activities. The last sign that they deserve the aroma we've detected will be an enthusiastic discussion group on Yahoo! I certainly hope they keep this off SI.
