TIm Luke will be facing a conference call on Monday to discuss some underhanded dealings with a certain brokerage, and also a phone conversation he make to Jenna saying "we can control this market if we pick the same stocks".. I am very willing to get on the phone tomorrow at 9:15 and discuss with A.B ....said brokerage what was discussed that day in 1998, when Tim Luke approached A.B.... for a "DEAL" when he knew Market Gems had a legitimate partnership which was only if you get a premium membership with said broker you can get a watch list subscribtion (at that time it was $39, as part of the bonus, a perfectly legitimate arrangement) whereby Mr. Tim LUKE wanted to undercut and step in as he was envious of any deals we made with said brokerage and offered point blank to BRING ALL THE member of the "No Rest for The WIcked Thread" to AB....said brokerage as he 'controls them implictly".. He then went on to say "I can also control the stocks as well" and If I join with Jenna we will control the market.. Jenna was not interested in the illegal aspects of this deal and immediately that very night called not only AB.. but her attorney who advised her to break off all connections with Tim Luke as he was shown to be offering his services on an illegal bargaining chip. This is proven and will stand up to any scrutiny.. and this explains the vendetta David/Tim Luke has against Jenna. She basically took away his MEAL TICKET and all that work with the No Rest for the Wicked Thread was to no avail.. after that came pm's (I will catch up with you, I have more posts than you I WILL BE NUMBER 1 on SI) At this point it was clear I was dealing with a deranged person and have not heard from him until 1999 when he attacked the Market Gems thread once again. and this time SI Bob banned him from every posting to Jenna again. Somehow David/Tim never got over this once in a lifetime deal that went sour and has had this festering wound ever since. So Mr. Tim Luke/ David Smith, I invite you to face your acts tomorrow in the morning. You see, Mr. Luke, we are really nice guys, but when pushed against the wall and threatened (YOU ARE THROUGH) I do finally fight back. So Mr. Luke/ Mr. David smith.. are you ready for this? Of course you are encouraged to bring an attorney to the conference call ;-) ;-) a court appointed attorney will do. Copies of this post will be on SI and for everyone to see. We are waiting Mr. Tim Luke/David Smith you have threatened us as you have threatened Glenn and Anthony Pacific before us. Seems however that only SIlicon Investor really is afraid of you. How did you manage that? Says a lot for SI doesn't it? So you might take lola to represent you if she's not lying on some beach ;-)
