Patent laws are not what maybe discovery channel tries
to tell viewers, always that issue of "prior art" and
"creativity" as well as "anyone skilled in the art".
Not to forget from what date the patent clock starts
ticking. (as well who signs the petition, tricky stuff)
What I am basically saying about patents, or at least 99.99%
of them, is US cavalry, courts and markets, and cross-
licensing.
