One Change to the U.S. Strategist's 30

We are adding Macrovision (MVSN/$58.55/Buy) to our stock list today.
Sterling Auty believes the company will grow revenues by 39% in FY 2001
and 35% in FY 2002. And there could be upside to these numbers if the
major music labels begin using Macrovision's SafeAudio, the CD audio copy
protection solution. We think the stock can do well in an environment
where top line visibility is cloudy for most technology stocks and where
small cap tech is outperforming large cap tech.

To make room for Macrovision, we are removing Nortel Networks
(NT/$8.75/Buy).

(J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and/or its affiliates acted as co- or lead-
manager in an offering of securities for MVSN and NT within the past three
years. The analyst or research associate who covers MVSN holds a position
in this stock.)
