The 66th percentile is fact. The company tells its employees that. Unless you are telling me that you believe Cisco is lying to its own employees when they say they pay in the 66th percentile of the industry. As far as top 10% or 5%, your splitting hairs. My bottom line is that my two friends are both people I respect and believe are top performers from my personal experience of having worked with them in the past and having known them both for more than 10 years. That's my own judgement. So that makes them very credible to me. You don't have to believe they are in the top 10%. That's irrelevant. Anyway, I think we are starting to go in circles here, so let's just end the discussion.
