Zeev, since we moved from 1/8 to decimals is there any possibility that somehow that is skewing the tick and trin figures. Quite tired about seeing this ARMS index stuff over and over and over again.

If this change to decimals is having an impact is there a way for institutions to more easily disguise what they are really doing? It does not seem possible to me but I feel compelled to ask this question.
