I shall say this right now and let us be very clear: I have made absolutely no agreements whatsoever with any law firm representing plaintiffs in this case that would give me illegitimate and preferential treatment over others.
Anything you don't understand in that statement? No, I am not being paid to organize this lawsuit. It is in my interest, however, that co-plaintiffs are honest and honorable people, who have not abused others in their trading careers.
As for the first question, I would have thought that was patentedly obvious, and I have stated that here at SI before: I paid over $300,000 to two separate instant execution brokerage firms:
1. MB Trading, a branch office of Terra Nova Trading, L.L.C. 2. Cyber-corp., a subsidiary of the Charles E. Schwab Corporation
I traded at the following sites:
1. Pristine (March, 1998) 2. Day Traders On-line (March, 1998 - October 1998) 3. Trading Places (September, 1998 - March, 2000
There is my personal information.
