The problem with your answer is that you qualify your answer. I can see at least 3 different qualify statements in your answer to my question that make the answer to the question less clear. My question begged a one word answer, yes or no. You came up with a paragraph in response.

I shall say this right now and let us be very clear: I have made absolutely no agreements whatsoever with any law firm representing plaintiffs in this case that would give me illegitimate and preferential treatment over others.

I didn't ask anything about it being legitimate or not, or preferential or not. The question is about the quantity of dollars that you would receive in a settlement and whether or not it is greater than others in the class action.

And I have seen posts that state that you did post under two different aliases at another site at one point ("Ollie" and "Skibum"). Is this true? If so, are you excluding yourself from the action now?

More importantly, does your counsel know that you are posting the details of the complaint on message boards? I would think that would be something that counsel would strongly discourage.
