Loudcloud: Loudcloud announces stock purchase by chairman

London, Jun 27, 2001 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Loudcloud, Inc., (Nasdaq: LDCL chart, msgs), the leading managed services provider, today announced that its chairman Marc Andreessen purchased 1,000,000 shares of Loudcloud common stock on the open market during the month of June.
