Mike,
Q+ is a charting software, but its strength is in its scans which you can enter for rel/strength, p/e, etc. Their is a thread on SI for Q+ at:https://www.siliconinvestor.com/subject.aspx?subjectid=9637 Also, their is a demo available at their site at: quotes-plus.com

For charting software, many good ones are available, I use WOW pro and a demo of that is available at: wallstreet.net
