Did anybody other then Paul notice the PriceWatch carnage for AMD CPUs in the last week or so? I am not sure how the channel works. I think that the boxed chips are not counted as revenue until they are sold. It is possible that AMD has been calling the dealers in the last few weeks and lowering the price on boxed CPUs, trying to make the quarter. OEM chips are also dropping. Looks like OEMs are dumping to dealers every day with progressively lower prices. Today I closed some AMD short put positions and again mostly cash at the moment. Kap
