Many of you know that the waves that start right here on SI lap up on the shores of every Investment Enforcement agency. The kernel of many an SEC lawsuit can be found springing from an SI thread.
Oldtimers probably have this thread bookmarked and are following all the action.

How much of the iceberg wrecks the ship ? The Underlords feel that the viability of the community rests on several key principles, understood and honoured by the founders of the community. The present administration may be exactly the opposite of what this community is built upon, in fact, judging by the current performance of management and staff, they seem intent on becoming something like the site described in your post, worse yet, if Mr. Asser is correct, it may have been been pervasive action over an extended period.

Now you are going to go reread all the Judy posts, right, heheheh.
