Not to spoil this RTK news, but for those of you that aren't familiar with RTK this is I think the 17th or 18th MOU/MOI they have in the works right now. On the surface this should be fantastic, the problem is they can't get a contract signed that actually licenses their technology. Once that happens this stock will soar.
