some more specifics on CS from SSB (the market actually believes CS willl do what they've stated):
Cabletron Starts Fiscal 2002 With Strong Results-Raising Estimates

*Cabletron posted strong fiscal 1Q 2002 results with revenue coming in at
$311 million, up 7% sequentially.

*The company posted EPS of $0.08, $0.02 above our previous forecast.

*Cabletron enjoyed strong performance from Enterasys, with the subsidiary
posting revenues of $232 million, up 5% Q-Q. Enterasys also generated $31
million in earnings before tax.

*Management announced that they intend to distribute Cabletron's remaining
stake in Riverstone at the end of July or early in August.

*Furthermore, Enterasys is expected to be spun-out in August.

*We are edging up our fiscal 2002 EPS estimate up to $0.43 from $0.40 and our
fiscal 2003 esstimate to $0.77 from $0.75.

*The momentum in the metro and the enterprise markets are shining through,
