Lehman names stocks to top 10 list for 2001-2002 NEW YORK, June 28 (Reuters) -- Lehman Brothers <LEH.N> on Thursday released its annual "10 Uncommon Values" list of top stock picks, including companies such as Alcoa Inc. <AA.N> and Cisco Systems Inc. <CSCO.O>, for the upcoming year. The 2001-2002 list also includes Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. <BBBY.O>, Comcast Corp. <CMCSK.O>, Concord EFS Inc. <CEFT.O>, Harley-Davidson Inc. <HDI.N>, Liberty Media Corp. <LMGa.N>, Mirant Corp. <MIR.N>, Washington Mutual Inc. <WM.N> and Waste Management Inc. <WMI.N>. The list consists of 10 stocks whose returns Lehman analysts believe will exceed those of the broader market. To compile the list, each analysts selects a top recommendation for his or her respective sector. Lehman's investment policy committee then reviews each recommendation. Last year, Lehman's top picks were Agilent Technologies Inc. <A.N>, BEA Systems Inc. <BEAS.O>, Cendant Corp. <CD.N>, Gemstar International Ltd. <GMST.O>, Hewlett-Packard Co. <HWP.N>, Juniper Networks Inc. <JNPR.O>, Eli Lilly & Co. <LLY.N>, Micron Technology Inc. <MU.N>, Nortel Networks Corp. <NT.N> and Tellabs Inc. <TLAB.O>. The investment bank said it began the tradition of releasing a top 10 stock pick list more than 50 years ago. 223-6152)) REUTERS Rtr 09:34 06-28-01
