Maybe. But the dollar just would not endure 0.5% cut at this moment. It would go down. Certainly, brilliant manipulation on part of the Fed, as usual. The US dollar is about to become the greatest short of this century. Then everything goes down the drain since the debt derivatives are dollar-denominated.
