Sal - Dell will really send some guy to your door within 24 hours to install any part you want? Do you have to pay for the part? Do you have to pay the guy? It really doesn't matter how many miles away you are. SGI will service your machine on site within 1 day (most of the time the same day). I've dealt with PC service before. I had to call someone to ask a question for my mom, and it must have taken me 2 hours of waiting on hold and pushing buttons until I got someone that told me I should call back with more information. I thought that sucked. -justinb
