OT again, Clearly, removing massive amounts of goodwill from the books can only help reported earnings. But it won't change operating earnings or cash flow. So I'm not sure that sandbagging is an appropriate description unless you think they're also pulling CSCO's stunt of writing off "excess" inventory.
