The choice will be a. offer Rolls Royce coverage or b. offer none. When enough employers chose the logical alternative, there COULD be an opportunity to revive a free market in health care. In any case, do not delude yourself. HillaryCare IS BEING enacted, just a little at a time. "Why should I offer coverage? I could get sued.
