Tom, you and Mike Allen bring some valid points relative to FTEL. I have personally visited the place and spoken to Frank and Sparrow fact to face. I've seen the facility and discussed the possibilities. Nevertheless you and Mike bring some reality to what is otherwise Vision and Goals.

As director of Operations of a large multi state company I also have to deal with Vision, Goals, Strategy and Action Plans. We set objectives and try to obtain them. In reality that is what we have with Franklin Telecom. I believe that all the pieces at Franklin do fit together The pieces with Internet Passport weren't part of the original program but sometime aquisitions come along that you weren't planning on that create synergy.

Thank you for your objectivity and your slant. I believe it brings in a perspective that could easily get ignored by those of us who might otherwise get caugth up in the emotions of our company and our investment.
