It sure looks like it should but it depends on how msft is manipulated. I don't know when they are to open. At this point I've read some posts that indicate it was up 8% on the news in London. If they were to open it tomorrow instead of today we could have a real nice 2 day rally. On another note....does anyone think the Fed knew of this decision yesterday and used it to their advantage when they just lowered by .25?
