Your company has fallen prey to "Death Spiral Financing". Check out the SB-2 they filed. It looks like there is no bottom on the conversion & the funding group is yet another Cayman LLC. Which means they can short this stock to zero. This type of financing has destroyed hundreds of OTC-BB companies and they are all done the same way. Bottomless conversions financed from the Cayman Islands. I would bet that they started shorting this at around $.70 & if I am right this company will be at less than $.02 before long. Once they start it is over and they cannot be beat.
