I really pushed the envelope on Sunday....After riding Motocross all day Friday and beating my body good, I got roped into doing that damn Terry Fox Cancer run for the Fred Hutch center by a friend (sponsored by Infospace of course). I did the 5 k and almost died. brk does a lot of things, but brk don't run. IMO any sport where you have to work to pick up speed instead of working to control speed is worthless. Hell, I got beat by two women over 60.
