How's it going?
I think you are referring to Terry Laundry's T Theory. I have not visited his site for awhile, but I think he is still of the belief that we are in a "cash build-up phase" that began in 1997 and that we are still experiencing the downtrend from the expiration of his Mega T from 1987.
