I am a lawyer, and a litigator - I can't believe that you are asking people to give you their personal information, rather than contact the law firm directly. Communications with you are not privileged, which means that if the defense attorneys take your deposition, you'd have to tell them everything, and produce all documents.

Your email records can be subpoenaed, you know.
