Albert: I talked to Brian at HTSF this afternoon. They have been having a bit of trouble getting the annual report out because of the failed merger issue (trying to distribute costs of that fiasco properly). He said that the report would be out in about a week. As far as ongoing operations with the company are concerned, things are moving right along and the new software is still on schedule for this Fall distribution. Lee
