from quickly eyeballing it, yes. i'm anyway not certain...could be a lower high as well. but a trendline break would be even better...that would kill whatever skepticism remains. not that there's much of that anyway, with the VXN hitting a fresh 52 week low and the VIX at 22 1/2. looks like everybody's comfortably asleep...downside risk? what's that? :)
