GLOBEX triggers should be biased heavily down. The futures dumped hard after the regular close in that last extra 15 minutes. I haven't computed the NDX but the SPX needs to be up about 5 points just to get to fair value. The NDX is probably around there now with it showing up 20+ so basically they are really flat.
