ts, i don't think you fully understand the depth of their fraud. perhaps your finances are biasing your view. stealing is a very serious issue. stealing billions is even more serious. this objective. this is a fact. let's discuss it. FYI, the charge isn't that RMBS fraudulently "stole" IP (since the claims have to be written on the underlying invention to be valid, it's theoretically impossible to "steal" IP for a patent claim). The charge is that RMBS fraudulently induced JEDEC to adopt RMBS' IP as a standard, without telling them that it was RMBS IP. I believe that RMBS is also charged with inducing JEDEC to buy a piece of the Brooklyn Bridge, and some swampland in Florida.
