I'm afraid Clinton was successful in your case. Number one, the Gulf War was a major accomplishment and the single war in history in which the entire world community was united against evil. I call that real leadership.

If you are calling what Clinton did during his interminable eight years as "relatively a lot," thank God Bush did relatively little. It will take decades to undo the damage Clinton did to government agencies such as my own, not to mention the military which he drove into the ground like a car he didn't like.
