Does it count women too, because when that was written they were not people only men were people. It is sad that people quote out of date 300 year old laws and treat them as the gospel thing to do. If we never changed women wouldn't vote and blacks would be slaves still today. You can quote the laws of yesteryear to justify this stupid position just as you can the one on gun toting
