Yesterday FED only cut rates by .25% indicating economy has enough steam to carry forward, 50 basis is no longer needed. Strong economy implies better corp earnings, implies better stock prices, especially New Economy Stocks which will lead this Bull Markets of 2001.
Today,,
Dow,had huge rally before day traders profit takings,
Nasdaq has gorgeous breakout on the upside, indicating new economy stocks are leading this Bull Markets, indeed.
NT has open gap up at open, then when Dow entered correction within inter day, NT profit taking, also. Plus daytrading closed out their postion at the very last 30 minutes. Push NT closed @12.86 but still an up tick and green.
Now this North America Summer Rally has spread over into Asian Market, Neikei at this hour + near 300 points, Hong-Kong Hengshing +more than 200 points, and Taiwan all the tech companies from Taiwan , Taiwan Index up more than 120 points. These three market indecies indicating this SUMMER RALLY IS REAL"
Furthermore NT after market in New York up another 11 cents after hours,
So here is Mr. John Paquet's call for NT.TSE tomorrow:
NT will open gap again, as after hours it showed that indeed last 30 minutes trading events make NT from $13. to closed at $12.86.
NT will open @$13.15 as after hours both S&P future and Nasdaq all up sharply as well in conjuction with Asian Markets, like Neikei, HengShing, and Taiwan Index.
Dow and Nasdq will have huge rally tomorrow, as traders or fund mangers JUMP THE GUN and aggressively buying and they will jhave to bid the prices much higher.
NT.tse will keep going up as summer rally will be confirmed by these fund managers aggressive buying.
NT.TSE will hit $14.65 new hi and closed $13.95.
In the very short term 5-6 trading NT.TSE will hit that $20.00 And I am not kidding at all.
