Hi Razor Glad to see you are still in MDR. It seemed to have fallen completely between the cracks around here. Strange action today with a big gain evaporating by the close. I've been in and out of it numerous times. It has actually been an excellent trader. Even though it is considered a major laggard, it has had eight runs averaging close to 50% since the initial asbestos break in late 99. With eight corresponding declines, of course.<g> I'm currently out but looking to re-enter in the high 10's. There are two important dates coming up next month, July 9, the expiration date of their exclusive right to file a bankruptcy plan; and July 30, the bar date for previously identified.asbestos claims. Given the nature of your business and interest in MDR, what might we expect after these two dates are reached? One problem I have with MDR is not having a clue as to when and how the asbestos situation might be resolved. Any insights here as to possible scenarios and timelines? TIA, John
