I see the case as one of extreme respect for the government. If you read the case closely, you will only find that Microsoft is a monopoly because they didn't include IE in the add remove list. Easily contestable. But Bill wanted Mr. McMealy Mouth come out with enough to promote himself as a winner by praising the Court's verdict. Pure class. Let the games begin. I go long MSFT. They are going to have a tough time blowing past 80. But once this tax cur kicks in (0.8 percent added to GDP 3rd quarter, 1.8 in 4th), and the new XP, I bet even you buy a new computer with Windows.
