AMCE Negotiations Terminated
JERICHO, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 18, 2001--American Claims Evaluation, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMCE - news) announced that negotiations for the proposed acquisition of a privately-held corporation in the business of providing occupational health care staffing and services have been terminated. The owner of the entity has notified the Company of his intention not to complete the transaction and that the entity will be taken off the market at this time. The Company had previously announced that it had entered into a letter of intent regarding this proposed acquisition on March 20, 2001.
