O'Neill quivers and quakes over loans to the poorest of countries. Yet, he is furious that the EU criticizes the takeover of Honeywell by GE. GE and Honeywell are rich corporations. Did they pad O'Neill pockets with donations to Bush? Is that why he is angry with the EU? He doesn't give a damn about poor countries, does he? JMOP Mephisto
