Interest rates down a quarter, and MSFT getting their appeal through..

Predictions:

1. Nasdaq up June 29th.
2. Independence day week: Nasdaq up on low volume. I think they'll reach 2200ish.

3. FOUR WEEEKS AFTER: This is where we will see Nasdaq 1800-1900ish. (i.e. July 9 to August 6).. it will be a slide down, but the general idea is to weed out the people that bought in first thing July - this will prove to be a good buying opportunity.

4. Rest of the year: Nasdaq rallies, and closes the year at 2800.

This theory, obviously, is highly speculative.
