I'm glad I don't own a fiber network. 360 Networks went bankrupt yestereday. And I looked up MFNX's billing arrangement on their 10K, and they say they are unmetered.
If they just lease out the fiber, and the lessee can cram it with a multitude of wavelengths then their prospects don't appear good. Especially since I read at most 5% of current fiber is lit today.
