I do not, you have to look at VXI and VXN within their own bands, not absolute numbers. I have stated before, powerful rallies started with VIX lower than 20. Try and plot the first derivative of these indices, not their absolute value, when that derivative has really turned to zero and changed sign, then you might (in conjunction with other indicators) assume a change in market direction.
