Hi Zeev, I like your observations. I have a question ....

I have stated before, powerful rallies started with VIX lower than 20. Try and plot the first derivative of these indices, not their absolute value, when that derivative has really turned to zero and changed sign,

when you say the first derivative, are you talking about
the Rate of change of the VIX index? That would be the first
derivative?

Over the past 4 years, we saw the VIX get down under 20,
in July of 1998, july of 1999 and Sept 1 of 2000, and
we saw tops in price.

But, as 1994 was ending, we were getting ready for the big
explosive move of 1995, I believe the VIX was also down in
the low teens, is that they idea?
