Zeev, right you are, the last 4 years has shown that if the
VIX is at 21-22, it could very likely be on it's way to
17-18 and the market goes up until we see the lower
readings.

the VXN has only started being calculated and disseminated
in real time this year, so it's unfortunate we don't have
more data, other than the previous theoretical numbers.

One would think coming out of a speculative bubble that
we saw extraordinarily high Volatility in the VXN, and a
VXN in the 30 - 40 area could be more the norm next year and in 2003.

If tech stock get far enough out of favor we could possibly
see a 20 handle on the VXN in the future. Just speculating.
