evening Mogul, I'm not sure what happened this afternoon is the best example of what you mention,unless your implying shutdown was intentional, which Imo it was not, and/or it benefited the big boys, which Imo it didn't. What was wierd was the complete loss of liquidity (the retail Ecns seemed the only things working) which made some prints that occured during the outage ummm... unreliable. What I'm interested to see on Monday is just how significant is the chart/price action is that took place AFTER liquidity returned? Were these real breakouts we saw eod today or just aberrations?

My point is that the little guy might be the beneficiary of todays wierdness.
